Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site Deputy Manager role located in Savar. The Deputy Manager will oversee daily operations, manage staff, ensure customer satisfaction, and maintain high-quality standards. Responsibilities also include implementing company policies, managing budgets, and driving sales and profitability goals.

Qualifications

  • Strong leadership and management skills
  • Experience in staff supervision and staff development
  • Proficiency in budget management and financial analysis
  • Excellent customer service and communication skills
  • Ability to enforce company policies and ensure compliance
  • Problem-solving and decision-making skills
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or related field
  • Experience in retail or related industry is a plus
  • Ability to work on-site in Savar
