Job Responsibilities:


• Handle customer queries via phone, email, and chat in a timely and professional manner.


• Provide accurate information and guidance regarding company products and services.


• Log, track, and follow up on customer issues until resolution.


• Collaborate with the technical team to ensure smooth issue resolution.


• Maintain a positive and empathetic attitude toward customers at all times.


• Prepare daily/weekly reports on customer issues and feedback.

Requirements:


• Bachelor's degree (preferred) or equivalent experience in customer service or related field.


• Strong communication skills in both Bangla and English.


• Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks.


• Basic knowledge of computer software and applications.


• Prior experience in customer support (preferred but not mandatory).

Available Work Shifts:


• 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM


• 3:30 PM to 12:30 AM
