Job DescriptionMaintenance & Troubleshooting:
- Achieve monthly, quarterly & yearly sales, productivity, CCR & flexibility targets.
- Maintain Customer Services KPIs.
- Build sustainable relationships and trust with customers through open and interactive communication.
- Provide accurate, valid and complete information by using the right methods/tools.
- Handle customer complaints, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits; follow up to ensure resolution.
- Follow communication procedures, guidelines and policies.
- Ensure all customer queries are answered on time; escalate issues to appropriate team members.
- Selling products and solutions.
- Possessing excellent product knowledge to enhance customer support and selling.
- Self motivated dedication towards specific set goals.
Project & Compliance:
- Support execution of plan projects and special assignments.
Technical Expertise:
- Office/Google workspace tools.
- ERP/ORACLE.
- Basic+ spreadsheet handlings.
- Regular expertise of computing & cloud.
Minimum Qualifications:
- Education: Business graduate from any reputed University.
- Experience: 4-6 years in manufacturing maintenance, preferably in compliant factories.
Preferred Skills:
- Strong problem-solving and team management skills.
- Positive attitude towards managing customers
- High level of communication, negotiation, planning skills.
- Willing to travel different places where our customers have their factories
