Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Product Category Manager, located in Dhaka, Bangladesh. The Product Category Manager will be responsible for managing product categories, conducting market analysis, and developing strategies to drive sales. Daily tasks include analyzing sales data, forecasting trends, liaising with suppliers, and ensuring optimal product assortment. The role also involves collaborating with marketing and sales teams to implement promotional strategies.
Qualifications
- Experience in Category Management and Product Management
- Strong Market Analysis and Analytical Skills
- Skills in Sales and strategic planning
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work effectively in a team and independently
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
- Experience in the retail sector is an advantage
