What You Will Learn & Do

  • Support client onboarding, product training, and smooth adoption processes.
  • Manage and nurture client relationships to ensure satisfaction and retention.
  • Gather client feedback and collaborate with the product & tech teams for improvements.
  • Maintain CRM records and prepare insightful client reports.
  • Assist in organizing online/offline workshops, webinars, and engagement events.
  • Build strong professional communication and client success skills.

Requirements

  • Fresh graduates or final-year students in
    Business, Marketing, or related fields
    are encouraged to apply.
  • Strong communication skills in
    Bangla & English
    .
  • Basic knowledge of
    CRM tools, Google Workspace, or MS Office
    is a plus.
  • Eagerness to learn, adapt, and take on new challenges.
  • Positive attitude, team player, and client-focused mindset.

Key Responsibilities:

* Assist in managing relationships with existing clients to ensure satisfaction and retention.

* Support onboarding sessions and product training for new clients.

* Collect client feedback and coordinate with the product & tech team for improvements.

* Prepare client reports and maintain CRM updates.

* Assist in organizing online/offline client workshops, webinars, and follow-up sessions.

* Maintain high-quality communication and professionalism in all client interactions.

Office Hours

Sunday – Thursday: 10:00 AM – 7:00 PM

Saturday & Sunday: Weekly holiday
