About the Role

We are looking for
passionate and results-driven Digital Marketing Specialists
to take our campaigns to the next level. In this role, you will
plan, execute, and optimize paid media campaigns
across major digital platforms, driving student engagement and brand growth.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and optimize paid campaigns on:
  • Facebook & Instagram Ads (Meta Business Suite)
  • Google Ads (Search, Display, YouTube)
  • LinkedIn Ads (Sponsored Content, InMail)
  • Collaborate with content & design teams to create compelling ad creatives for students, parents, and professionals.
  • Set up and manage
    pixel tracking, UTM parameters, and conversion events
    .
  • Run
    A/B tests
    on creatives, targeting, and messaging.
  • Monitor daily ad spend and KPIs (CPL, CTR, ROAS).
  • Provide
    weekly/monthly performance reports
    with actionable insights.
  • Work closely with the Marketing Manager to align campaigns with
    academic intakes, expos, and seasonal trends
    .

Requirements & Skills

  • Minimum
    2+ years of proven experience
    in digital media buying.
  • Strong expertise in:
  • Meta Ads
    (required)
  • Google Ads
    (required)
  • YouTube Ads (preferred)
  • LinkedIn Ads (preferred)
  • Solid understanding of
    lead generation funnels, landing pages, and conversion optimization
    .
  • Proficiency in
    Google Analytics, Meta Pixel, and Google Tag Manager
    .
  • Strong budget management, forecasting, and reporting skills.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration abilities.
  • Prior experience in the
    education sector
    or study abroad industry is a plus.
