**Position Summary:**

The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing the entire merchandising process, ensuring timely and cost-effective product delivery. You will play a crucial role in coordinating orders, negotiating costs, and maintaining effective communication with suppliers.

**Key Responsibilities:**

  • Follow up on all customer orders and ensure timely delivery.

  • Negotiate orders and pricing with clients and suppliers to maximize profitability.

  • Calculate product costing and ensure compliance with budget constraints.

  • Book fabrics and trims to meet production schedules.

  • Prepare packing lists for shipments and manage logistics.

  • Build and maintain relationships with trims suppliers to ensure quality and timely supply.

**Qualifications:**

  • Proven experience as a Merchandiser in the garment industry.

  • Strong negotiation and communication skills.

  • Excellent organizational and time management abilities.

  • Proficient in relevant software and tools for order management.

  • A proactive approach and ability to work independently and as part of a team.
