Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Merchandiser located in Dhaka. The Merchandiser will be responsible for liaising with clients, managing customer orders, ensuring timely product delivery, and maintaining strong customer relationships. Additional tasks include overseeing inventory levels, coordinating with production teams, and monitoring market trends to optimize product availability and sales. The role requires extensive customer interaction and excellent organizational skills.

Qualifications

  • Excellent Communication and Customer Service skills
  • Sales and Retail experience
  • Understanding of Marketing principles
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field preferred
  • Experience in the textile or garment industry is a plus
