Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role located in Dhaka for a Merchandiser. The Merchandiser will be responsible for managing product displays, ensuring product availability, and maintaining strong relationships with customers. Tasks will include coordinating with suppliers, tracking inventory levels, and preparing sales and inventory reports. The Merchandiser will also be involved in developing and implementing sales strategies and marketing campaigns.

Qualifications

  • Strong Communication and Customer Service skills
  • Experience in Sales and Retail
  • Knowledge of Marketing principles
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills
  • Proficiency in MS Office Suite
  • Prior experience in merchandising or the retail industry is a plus
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
