Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role for a Merchandiser, based in Dhaka with some work-from-home flexibility. The Merchandiser will be responsible for coordinating with suppliers and clients, managing inventory, overseeing delivery schedules, and ensuring product quality. The role will also involve market analysis, trend forecasting, and maintaining strong customer relationships. The Merchandiser will work closely with the sales and marketing teams to meet business objectives and ensure customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

  • Strong Communication and Customer Service skills
  • Experience in Sales and Retail management
  • Knowledge of Marketing strategies and techniques
  • Ability to analyze market trends and forecast demands
  • Proficient in inventory management and supply chain coordination
  • Excellent organizational and time-management skills
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Fashion Merchandising, or related field
  • Experience in the garments or fashion industry is a plus
