Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Senior Client Relationship Officer located in Banani. The Senior Client Relationship Officer will be responsible for managing and nurturing client relationships, addressing client inquiries, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction, and coordinating with internal teams to deliver exceptional service. The role involves developing client relationship strategies, handling client communications, resolving issues promptly, and providing clients with information about treatments and services.

Qualifications

Candidates must be fluent in English, with strong communication skills, as they will be responsible for dealing with foreign clients.

  • Experience in developing client relationship strategies and handling client inquiries

Client Relationship Management, Customer Service, and Client Communication skills

  • Knowledge of aesthetic treatments and procedures is a plus
  • Strong organizational and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field
  • Ability to work independently and in a team
  • Experience in the healthcare or aesthetics industry is a plus
