About the Role

We're looking for a confident, smart, and motivated professional to manage our office experience and people operations. This is more than just a desk job — it's a launchpad for someone eager to grow into HR, corporate coordination, and brand communication. You'll be the first point of contact for visitors, the support system for our teams, and a contributor to our internal and external communication.

Key Responsibilities

  • Greet visitors and manage reception professionally
  • Coordinate daily office operations and admin tasks
  • Support HR with interview scheduling, onboarding, and employee engagement
  • Use Canva for basic content editing and internal communication materials
  • Assist with meetings, events, and cross-team coordination

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree (any discipline)
  • Strong communication skills in Bangla & English
  • Basic Canva skills
  • Organized, proactive, and service-oriented
