Role Overview:
The Accounts & Admin Executive will be responsible for managing AYAT Care's financial operations, office administration, and compliance requirements. This role ensures smooth handling of accounts, payments, payroll, project budgets, and administrative functions while supporting both AYAT Care services and the AYAT Care Training Institute.
Key Responsibilities:
Accounts & Finance
- Maintain internal accounts of AYAT Care and ensure timely reconciliation.
- Prepare and manage invoices for clients and track payment collections.
- Distribute salaries of caregivers, nannies, and nurses on a weekly and monthly basis.
- Develop and monitor budgets for projects, events, and training programs.
- Support project finance management, including tracking expenses and ensuring proper utilization of funds.
- Oversee AYAT Care Training Institute's finance, budgets, and expense tracking.
- Prepare financial reports (weekly, monthly, quarterly) for management review.
Administration & Compliance
- Manage day-to-day office administration to ensure a professional and organized environment.
- Handle procurement compliance, ensuring proper documentation, quotations, and approvals.
- Support HR and management with administrative tasks, filing, and documentation.
- Coordinate with vendors, suppliers, and partners for payments and contracts.
- Ensure regulatory and organizational compliance in financial and administrative processes.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or Business Administration.
- Two (02) years of experience in accounts, finance, or administration (NGO/healthcare/service industry experience preferred).
- Strong knowledge of bookkeeping, payroll, and financial reporting.
- Proficiency in MS Excel, accounting software (e.g., Tally/QuickBooks), and Google Workspace.
- Excellent organizational, time-management, and multitasking skills.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain confidentiality.
