Paramount Agro Limited is a proud advocate of sustainable living and healthy food choices. Our brand, O'Natural, brings pure, farm-fresh, and chemical-free products directly to consumers through our retail outlet in Banani, Dhaka.

We are looking for a proactive and energetic Outlet Sales & Operations Executive who will be responsible for managing day-to-day outlet operations, ensuring customer satisfaction, and driving sales both on-floor and through customer outreach. Outlet Sales & Operations Executive's responsibilities include:

Work toward achieving monthly sales targets and develop action plans to meet or exceed them.

·       
Prepare and maintain a duty roster for outlet employees and ensure timely attendance.

·       
Handle daily opening and basic closing procedures of the outlet.

·       
Collaborate with the head office to coordinate promotional activities and stock planning.

·       
Call listed/regular customers to introduce new products and increase repeat purchases.

·       
Monitor and ensure proper display, cleanliness, and presentation of all outlet products.

·       
Supervise and manage the logistics and stock availability within the outlet.

·       
Greet and assist walk-in customers at the outlet, ensuring a friendly and helpful experience.

·       
Provide feedback on customer preferences and suggest ideas for improving product offerings and customer engagement.

𝐑𝐞𝐪𝐮𝐢𝐫𝐞𝐦𝐞𝐧𝐭𝐬:

The ideal candidate should have:

Ø 
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (or equivalent experience).

Ø 
1–2 years of experience in retail sales or outlet/customer service operations preferred.

Ø 
Excellent communication skills in both Bangla and English.

Ø 
Strong customer handling and negotiation skills.

Ø 
Ability to multitask and manage a team in a fast-paced environment.

Ø 
Basic computer literacy (MS Word, Excel, etc.)
