Akota Coworking is seeking a 
proactive and people-focused Community Executive

to lead member experience, community engagement, and events at our coworking space.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Foster a welcoming and collaborative community environment
  • Deliver exceptional customer service and handle member onboarding, tours, and support
  • Oversee coworking software, membership records, and coordinate daily front-desk operations
  • Draft and send professional documents including contracts, quotations, invoices, and event invitations
  • Plan and host engaging community and client events
  • Manage event logistics and represent Akota Coworking as a brand ambassador
  • Support hospitality and administrative operations to maintain high service standards
  • Manage in outreach, lead follow-ups, and community communication initiatives

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Communications, or related field
  • 1–2 years of experience in community management, events, or hospitality (coworking experience is a plus)
  • Strong communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills
  • Detail-oriented, and proactive personality
