Specialising in international and EU/Home student recruitment, EduExpress Ltd. facilitates admissions for universities across the UK, USA, Canada, Australia, and other parts of Europe.

Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role located in Dhaka for a Branch Manager. The Branch Manager will oversee the daily operations of the branch, manage staff, develop business strategies, and maintain a strong relationship with universities and students. Responsibilities also include setting goals, planning activities, monitoring performance, ensuring target achievement, and addressing customer concerns to maximize satisfaction and operational efficiency.

Qualifications

  • Leadership and management skills, including experience in overseeing staff and running operations
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills to build relationships with universities and students, and to address customer concerns
  • Strategic planning and business development abilities to set goals, plan activities, and monitor performance
  • Problem-solving and decision-making capabilities to ensure operational efficiency and target achievement
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field
  • Experience in the education or consultancy industry is a plus
