To support our growing operations, we are seeking a dynamic, disciplined, and result-oriented Branch In-Charge to oversee day-to-day branch management and uphold our exceptional brand standards.

Position Overview

As the Branch In-Charge, you will be responsible for leading the branch's overall operations—team coordination, service quality, sales performance, guest satisfaction, and administrative tasks.

This is a leadership role requiring strong management skills, operational discipline, and the ability to ensure seamless dining experiences every day.

Key Responsibilities

Oversee daily branch operations to ensure smooth and efficient service.

Lead, supervise, and motivate front-of-house and back-of-house staff.

Maintain exceptional service quality aligned with Enigmatic Cuisine's brand identity.

Monitor inventory, stock levels, wastage, and coordinate procurement.

Ensure compliance with hygiene, food safety, and sanitation protocols.

Manage cash handling, billing accuracy, and daily financial reconciliation.

Handle guest inquiries, feedback, and ensure high customer satisfaction.

Implement cost-control measures and meet operational performance targets.

Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly operational reports for management.

Coordinate with the kitchen, HR, finance, and supply chain teams.

Ensure staff discipline, attendance, grooming standards, and performance.

Support marketing activities, promotions, seasonal events, and special campaigns.

Duty Schedule

Working Hours: Negotiable

Weekly Off: 1 day per week (rotational/off-peak day)

Salary & Benefits

Salary Range: Negotiable (based on experience & skill)

Qualifications & Experience

Minimum 3–5 years' experience in restaurant or hospitality management.

Proven experience as a Branch Manager/Shift Manager/FOH Lead preferred.

Strong leadership, communication, and team-management skills.

Knowledge of restaurant operations, customer service, and administration.

Ability to manage pressure, handle conflicts, and solve problems effectively.

Skilled in POS systems, inventory control, and basic financial reporting.

Highly disciplined, organized, and oriented toward customer satisfaction.
