Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Branch Manager located in Dhaka, Bangladesh. The Branch Manager will be responsible for overseeing daily operations of the branch, managing staff, ensuring excellent customer service, achieving sales targets, and implementing business strategies. Additionally, the Branch Manager will be responsible for maintaining a safe and secure work environment, handling customer complaints, monitoring financial activities, and ensuring compliance with company policies and local regulations.

  • Sales and marketing expertise to achieve business growth
  • Financial acumen, including budget management and financial reporting
  • Problem-solving and decision-making abilities
  • Knowledge of local market regulations and compliance
  • Proficiency in using office and management software
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or related field
  • Experience in a similar role, preferably in the telecommunications or related industry
