Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Territory Business Manager located in Chattagram and Cumilla. The Territory Business Manager will be responsible for managing sales, developing marketing strategies, and establishing strong relationships with key stakeholders in the designated territory. Day-to-day tasks include conducting market research, achieving sales targets, providing customer support, and ensuring product availability and visibility in the market. The role requires frequent travel within the territory to meet farmers, dealers, and distributors.

Qualifications

  • Strong sales and marketing skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Knowledge of agricultural products and practices
  • Ability to conduct market research and analyze data
  • Proven track record of achieving sales targets
  • Proficiency in local language(s) spoken in the territory
  • Strong customer support and relationship-building abilities
  • Experience in the seed industry or agricultural sector is a plus
  • Diploma degree in Agriculture, Degree (pass course), or related field
  • Willingness to travel frequently within the designated territory
