Territory Officer (Night Shift)

Job Description / Responsibility

  • Vendor management- maintenance and repair tasks to appropriate vendors based on their expertise and availability.
  • Ensure all tasks are completed within specified timeframes to prevent delays in property preservation.
  • Address and resolve any issues or disputes with vendors in a timely and prompt manner.
  • Maintain detailed records of all maintenance activities, vendor interactions, and property conditions.
  • Serve as clients' primary point of contact, providing updates on property conditions and preservation activities.
  • Identify, vet, and onboard property preservation vendors, such as maintenance crews, landscapers, inspectors, and repair contractors.

Educational Requirements

  • Bachelor/Honors
  • Skills Required: COMPUTER OFFICE MANAGEMENT, Leadership and teamwork, Property Preservation, Cold Calling, client support through phone, Email Communications, FLUENCY IN ENGLISH LANGUAGE, The ability to work under pressure, Fast typing skill

Experience Requirements

  • At least 1 year(s)
  • The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): IT Enabled Service, Multinational Companies, Overseas Companies

Additional Requirements

  • MUST BE FLUENT IN ENGLISH. DO NOT APPLY IF YOU ARE NOT FLUENT IN ENGLISH AND ARE NOT SUITABLE FOR A NIGHT SHIFT JOB.
