Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Zonal Sales Manager for all Bangladesh. The Zonal Sales Manager will be responsible for managing sales operations within their zone, developing sales strategies to increase revenue, overseeing the performance of sales teams, and ensuring that sales targets are met. The individual will also be responsible for building and maintaining relationships with key clients, conducting market research to understand customer needs, and providing regular sales reports to upper management.

Qualifications

  • Proven experience in Sales Management and Team Leadership
  • Strong knowledge of Sales Strategies and Customer Relationship Management (CRM)
  • Ability to conduct Market Research and analyze sales data
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet targets
  • Experience in the fashion industry is a plus
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field

Salary: Commission Based-1st three month)
