Job Description

As a
Zonal Sales Manager
, you will represent CFlothic in your assigned area. Your main responsibility will be to build partnerships with local shops, boutiques, and retailers, showcase our product samples, and close deals. You will also expand sales within your personal network. This is a performance-driven role with attractive commissions.

Responsibilities:

  • Identify and connect with local shops and fashion retailers in your zone.
  • Present product samples and finalize sales deals.
  • Achieve monthly sales targets and maximize shop coverage.
  • Build long-term relationships with shop owners and distributors.
  • Report market trends, customer feedback, and competitor activities.
  • Drive direct sales within your personal network.

Qualifications:

  • Minimum HSC/Undergraduate student (Business/Marketing preferred).
  • Prior experience in sales/retail/distribution will be an advantage.
  • Strong negotiation and communication skills.
  • Must be proactive, target-oriented, and result-driven.
  • Good local network and knowledge of area markets.

Compensation:

  • Commission-based:
  • 5% commission
    on shop sales.
  • 10% commission
    on personal/direct sales.
