Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Sales Manager located in Dhaka, Bangladesh. The Sales Manager will be responsible for managing the sales team, developing sales strategies, building relationships with clients, and achieving sales targets. The Sales Manager will also conduct market research and provide insights to enhance product offerings and sales performance. Regular duties will include preparing sales reports, monitoring market trends, and collaborating with the marketing team to create promotional materials.

Qualifications

  • Proven experience in sales management and strategy development
  • Strong relationship-building and client management skills
  • Proficiency in conducting market research and analysis
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
  • Ability to work independently and lead a team
  • Knowledge of the scientific and advanced research sectors is a plus
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field
