Role Description

This is a full-time on-site and remote hybrid role for a Sales Manager located in Dhaka, Bangladesh. The Sales Manager will be responsible for developing and executing sales strategies, managing customer relationships, and identifying new business opportunities. They will also be responsible for negotiating contracts, preparing sales reports, and collaborating with other departments to ensure customer satisfaction. Additionally, the Sales Manager will oversee a sales team, setting performance targets and providing guidance and support to achieve those targets.

  • Strong customer relationship management skills
  • Proven track record in identifying and pursuing new business opportunities
  • Expertise in negotiating contracts and preparing sales reports
  • Ability to work collaboratively with other departments
  • Leadership skills to manage and guide a sales team
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Experience in the machinery or food and beverage industry is a plus
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
