Position Overview

We are seeking a full-time, on-site Branch Coordinator for MIE English Academy. The

Branch Coordinator will oversee and manage all aspects of the International English

Language Testing System (IELTS) program, ensuring seamless operations from registration

to score reporting. This role requires close collaboration with internal and external stakeholders

to maintain high standards and compliance with established guidelines.

Key Responsibilities

  1. Program Management

* Oversee all aspects of the IELTS program, including registration, scheduling, and test

administration, ensuring smooth and efficient operations.

  1. Instructor Coordination

* Work closely with IELTS instructors to coordinate class schedules, batch planning, and

student enrollments for optimal teaching and testing efficiency.

  1. Branch Coordination

* Facilitate effective communication and coordination across all MIE English Academy

branches to ensure alignment on activities and initiatives.

  1. Team Collaboration and Quality Assurance

* Collaborate with academic and administrative teams to ensure compliance with

institutional standards and guidelines while fostering a cohesive work environment.

* Implement and maintain quality control procedures to uphold the integrity and reliability

of the IELTS testing process.

  1. Customer Service

* Provide excellent customer support to IELTS candidates by addressing inquiries,

concerns, and any program-related assistance.

  1. Data Management

* Maintain accurate records of candidate information, test results, and other essential data,

ensuring compliance with data protection regulations.

  1. Reporting & Analysis

* Generate and analyze reports on key performance indicators related to the IELTS

program, offering insights and recommendations for continuous improvement.

Additional Responsibilities

  1. Offline Marketing & Sales

* Organize and oversee seminars, workshops, education stalls, and stall marketing

events.

* Develop and execute B2B marketing strategies to establish partnerships with

educational institutions and businesses.

* Conduct corporate visits to promote MIE English Academy and its offerings.

* Implement marketing initiatives, including leafleting, posters, and branding

campaigns.

  1. Partnership Management

* Maintain and strengthen partnerships, particularly for course enrollments and British

Council IELTS exam registrations.

* Identify and onboard new partners to expand business opportunities.

  1. Business Development & Training

* Train and mentor Business Development Managers (BDMs) to align their performance

with sales targets.

* Monitor and analyze BDM sales reports to optimize business strategies.

  1. Counselor Training & Reporting

* Conduct training sessions to enhance counselors' sales and advisory skills.

* Oversee reporting and performance tracking to ensure counselors meet their targets.

  1. Sales Growth

* Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve admission targets.

* Identify new business opportunities, partnerships, and market segments for

expansion.

* Ensure the proper implementation of MOUs with universities, colleges, schools, and

coaching centers.
