Job Description / Responsibility

• Gather, organize, and analyze data to support decision-making and ongoing projects.
• Assist with various administrative duties such as maintaining records, managing files, and handling correspondence.
• Support in preparing and maintaining various reports, presentations, and project documentation.
• Conduct research on relevant topics to provide insights, recommendations, and improvements for processes and procedures.
• Provide assistance on specific projects, ensuring deliverables are met within the stipulated time frame.
• Facilitate communication within the team and across departments, ensuring smooth workflow and coordination.
• Ensure adherence to company policies, procedures, and relevant regulations during task execution.
• Actively participate in training sessions, awareness programs, and team meetings to continuously enhance knowledge and skills.

Educational Requirements

• Bachelor/Honors
• Skills Required: Microsoft Office, Fast Learner, Communication in English, Willingness to learn, Problem solving and analytical skill, Proactive and Positive attitude

Experience Requirements

• At most 2 year(s)
