Introduction
We're looking for a fast-moving, detail-obsessed Executive Assistant to support our Chief Customer Officer at a high level. You'll operate as a force multiplier—anticipating needs, managing complex logistics, and executing quickly with precision and professionalism.
Job Responsibilities
Calendar & Meeting Management:
Own and optimize the CCO's calendar, proactively managing shifting priorities, high-stakes meetings, and recurring team cadences.Schedule and coordinate cross-functional meetings, customer touchpoints, and executive briefings.Ensure all meetings are high-impact through detailed prep, agendas, and timely follow-ups
Travel & Logistics:
Plan and manage domestic and international travel, including flights, hotels, ground transport, and itineraries.Handle last-minute changes and travel complications with speed and poise
Stakeholder Coordination:
Communicate directly with internal and external stakeholders to coordinate activities, follow-ups, and deliverables.Drive accountability across teams to ensure actions are completed and updates are shared
Customer Engagement Support:
Assist with writing polished, professional customer communications.Track engagement across strategic accounts, helping to mitigate escalations and follow through on commitments
Business Operations & Communication:
Support operational reporting, internal communications, team meetings, and transformation programs.Help drive execution of the CCO's communication plan—including newsletters, all-hands meetings, and social media
Execution & Prioritization:
Ruthlessly prioritize across multiple streams of work.Be a self-starter who thrives in a fast-paced SaaS environment and handles ambiguity with confidence.
Knowledge And Experience
- 5+ years as an Executive Assistant/Business Coordinator/Project Manager supporting senior executives
- Proven ability to manage complex calendars, book travel, and coordinate with internal and external stakeholders
- Strong written communication skills with a professional tone and attention to detail
- Tech-savvy with experience using tools like Google Workspace, Zoom, Slack, and project management tools
- Bonus: Experience in a SaaS or Customer Success organization.
Education
Bachelor's degree in Business, Communication, or related field.
