Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an Operations Manager located in Rangpur. The Operations Manager will oversee daily operational activities, manage the logistics process, and ensure adherence to company standards. Responsibilities include optimizing operational efficiency, monitoring team performance, solving operational challenges, and collaborating with cross-functional teams. The individual will also analyze data to drive improvements and ensure customer satisfaction while meeting strategic business objectives.

  • Proficiency in relevant tools and software; technical skills in operations management are an advantage
  • Relevant academic degree or equivalent professional experience
  • Experience in technology-driven or logistics industries is preferred
