Our Bangladesh division focuses on developing strong B2B relationships in the fertilizer, petrochemical, and industrial sectors. We are now expanding our Urea N46 distribution network and seeking a motivated sales professional to join our team in Dhaka.

Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site position for a 
Urea Sales Executive
 based in Dhaka.

The Urea Sales Executive will be responsible for building and growing our fertilizer sales pipeline, acquiring new clients, and maintaining strong relationships with importers, distributors, and large agricultural buyers in Bangladesh.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Identifying and developing new B2B sales opportunities
  • Managing existing client relationships and ensuring a high level of service
  • Preparing and delivering professional sales presentations and proposals
  • Monitoring global and local urea market trends, pricing, and competition
  • Achieving monthly and quarterly sales targets
  • Coordinating closely with the ARox international logistics & sourcing team
  • Ensuring accurate reporting and documentation for all sales activities

Qualifications

  • Strong sales, negotiation, and closing skills
  • Ability to identify customer needs and provide effective solutions
  • Familiarity with market research, CRM systems, and reporting tools
  • Knowledge of fertilizers, agricultural inputs, or chemical products (Urea N46 preferred)
  • Ability to analyze data, pricing trends, and market demands
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Results-driven mindset with a proactive and solution-oriented approach
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Agriculture, Chemistry, or a related field
  • Prior experience in the fertilizer or chemical sales industry is a strong advantage
  • Self-motivated, organized, and capable of working in a fast-paced, target-driven environment
