Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an Assistant located in Rajshahi, Bangladesh. The Assistant will be responsible for supporting daily administrative tasks, managing schedules, handling correspondence, and coordinating meetings. Additional responsibilities include maintaining records, assisting in data entry, and supporting various departmental functions. The Assistant will work closely with different teams to ensure smooth operations within the organization.

Qualifications

  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Proficiency in office software such as Microsoft Office Suite
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Attention to detail and accuracy in handling tasks
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment
  • Previous experience in an administrative or assistant role is a plus
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field
