Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for an IT Manager located in Sirajganj Sadar Upazila. The IT Manager will be responsible for overseeing the IT operations, managing the IT team, troubleshooting technical issues, maintaining hardware and software systems, ensuring data security, and implementing technology solutions that improve efficiency and support the organization's goals. The role also involves coordinating with other departments to align IT initiatives with organizational needs and staying updated with technology trends.
Qualifications
- Experience in overseeing IT operations and managing IT teams
- Proficiency in troubleshooting technical issues and maintaining hardware and software systems
- Knowledge of data security measures and implementation of technology solutions
- Strong communication and coordination skills to work with different departments
- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field
- Experience in the non-profit sector is a plus
- Ability to work in Sirajganj Sadar Upazila
- A commitment to the empowerment of disadvantaged women is highly valued
