Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an Aurora Binder. The position is based in Naogaon District. The Aurora Binder will be responsible for performing assembly tasks, handling materials, and setting up machinery. Other core responsibilities include ensuring quality control measures are met, following health and safety standards, and maintaining production efficiency.

Qualifications

• Experience in material handling, assembly, and operating machinery in a production environment
• Knowledge of quality assurance practices and ability to adhere to safety protocols
• Problem-solving skills related to production or equipment setup
• Strong organizational abilities to manage tasks effectively and maintain efficiency
• Good communication and teamwork skills to collaborate with other team members
• Previous experience in manufacturing or production is advantageous
• High school diploma or equivalent educational qualification
