Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for an Assistant General Manager based in Dhaka, Bangladesh. The Assistant General Manager will oversee daily operations, ensure efficient and effective management of property and retail spaces, and support the General Manager in executing strategic initiatives. Responsibilities include supervising staff, managing budgets, ensuring regulatory compliance, maintaining high customer satisfaction, and driving operational excellence.

  • Experience in property and retail space management
  • Financial acumen with budget management and cost control capabilities
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Customer service orientation and problem-solving skills
  • Understanding of regulatory compliance and local laws
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or related field
  • Experience in the real estate or retail industry is a plus
