Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an International Sales Manager, located in Chattogram. The International Sales Manager will be responsible for driving sales growth, managing client relationships, and identifying new business opportunities. Daily tasks include developing and implementing sales strategies, negotiating contracts, monitoring market trends, and leading the sales team to achieve targets. The role also involves coordinating with various departments to ensure customer satisfaction and compliance with industry standards.

Qualifications

  • Strong sales and negotiation skills
  • Experience in developing and implementing sales strategies
  • Knowledge of the maritime industry and related products
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to manage and lead a team effectively
  • Proficiency in market research and analysis
  • Ability to work on-site in Chattogram
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
  • Fluency in English
  • Previous international sales experience is a plus
