Job Responsibilities:

  • Root cause analysis & On spot solution against apparel sewing & reduce defects to enhance productivity
  • Assist sales representatives to validate product (different sewing thread) mix with logical analysis and conversion potential customer to premium brand
  • Delivery requires technical input to improve product (sewing thread & apparel) quality
  • Proactive market visit to know the customer's challenges and provide the solution as per the need.
  • Respond customer complaints and execute corrective measure to solve it, follow-up needed till the end of cycle
  • Make presentations to customers / retailers on our bouquet of products and services.
  • Compute customers' production cost & estimated savings from new services & products.
  • Software based thread consumption services
  • Closely work with the team to support Pilot Projects, Thread utilization Project, DHU,  ANETRAK and Sewing Line Audit

Requirements:

  • B.Sc. in Industrial & Production Engineering (IPE) / Apparel Manufacturing & Technology (AMT)/ Textile Engineering
  • 1–2 years of relevant experience.
  • Willingness to travel frequently
