Position: Brand Lead (Manager)

Job Location:
Chittagong

Job Experience:
06-10 years in Chittagong market

Industry Preferred:
FMCG industry

Salary & Benefits: 80k-100k (negotiable) and other benefits will share in the interview board

Job Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement brand strategy to strengthen market position and drive growth.
• Plan and execute TTL & BTL marketing campaigns (digital, print, events, trade promotions).
• Conduct market research, analyze consumer insights, and identify growth opportunities.
• Manage product life cycle – from new product development to market launch and relaunch.
• Work closely with the Sales & Trade Marketing team to ensure brand visibility and effective execution in retail channels.
• Coordinate with creative, media, and PR agencies for campaigns and brand communication.
• Ensure brand guidelines and consistent messaging across all platforms.
• Monitor competitor activities, market trends, and prepare regular performance reports.
• Manage annual brand budget and ensure cost-effective execution.

Educational Requirements

• Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Marketing
• Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) in Marketing
• Bachelor's/Master's in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field.
• Skills Required: Corporate Marketing, Packaging, Packaging Design, Retail Marketing, Modern Trade, printing and packaging, Trade Marketing, Packaging Development, BTL and TTL Campaign Management, ATL BTL TTL

Experience Requirements

• 6 to 12 year(s)
• The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Manufacturing (FMCG),Food (Packaged)/Beverage,Group of Companies,Packaging Industry,Food (Packaged)

Additional Requirements

• Brand/Marketing Management in the FMCG industry.
• Strong understanding of consumer behavior, distribution channels, and trade marketing.
• Experience in handling both TTL & BTL activities.
• Excellent communication, analytical, and leadership skills.

Requirements:

• 06-08 years of proven experience in Brand/Marketing Management in the
  Packaging FMCG industry.
• Strong understanding of consumer behavior, distribution channels, and trade marketing.

• Ability to work in a fast-paced, competitive market environment. Must have knowledge about Chittagong market.
