Territory Sales Officer/ Sr. Territory Sales Officer
Job Description / Responsibility
- Find traders with good reputations and appoint them as dealers or channel partner for gap/ priority markets
- Establish sales target with dealers and ensure achievement
- Recommend market development action plans for designated area/ territory
- Ensure proper visibility of the company`s POSM and outdoor advertisements including signboard, shop branding, billboard, building painting, wall painting, etc.
- Continuously monitor competitor activities and report to senior management
- Ensure optimum customer service through professional handling of complaints as and when required
- Maintain regular communication with trade channels and influencers, build cordial professional relationships and promote GPH Ispat
- Prepare necessary daily, weekly, and monthly reports and submit them to senior management.
- Any other tasks as and when required by the management
- Assess existing dealers, maintain and develop relationships, and motivate them to enhance sales and collection
- Prepare daily, weekly and monthly sales and collection plans for a designated area and achieve Sales & Collection targets.
Educational Requirements
- Bachelor/Honors
