Territory Sales Officer / Corporate Sales Officer

Job Description / Responsibility

  • Achieve sales target within the assigned territory.
  • Plan, forecast and implement sales strategies to achieve sales target.
  • Regularly visit Dealer/Engineer/Mason/Contractor and potential customer to generate demand of KSRM products.
  • Find out potential customer & maximize sale within the assigned territory.
  • Ensure the timely and successful delivery according to customer needs and objectives.
  • Attend the customer complain and resolve immediately.
  • Ensuring the result oriented visit and emphasize customer satisfaction.
  • Proper use of Marketing promotional items & find out the branding opportunity in assigned territory.
  • Organize event management like seminar, Engineer/ Mason meet program, Dealer meet program etc.
  • Any other task assign by the management from time to time.

Educational Requirements

  • Bachelor/Honors
  • Minimum Graduation from any reputed University/Institute.

Experience Requirements

  • At least 3 year(s)
  • The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):
  • Multinational Companies,Group of Companies,Cement,Steel

Additional Requirements

  • Applicant should have SMART & hardworking ability.
  • Willingly travel extensively over the country as required.
  • Effective communication & Negotiation skills is required.
  • Ability to work under pressure.
  • Ability to manage multiple customer's effectively.
  • Well conversant with MS Office.
  • Must have excellent communication skill in English & Bengali.
  • Candidates who have has motorcycle with driving license will be get preference.
