Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Territory Sales Officer, based in Dhaka, Bangladesh. The Territory Sales Officer will manage sales operations in their assigned territory, including overseeing the distribution network, building and maintaining relationships with clients, and achieving sales targets. Responsibilities include implementing channel sales strategies, identifying new business opportunities, managing sales activities, and ensuring customer satisfaction. The role also involves regular reporting on market trends and performance metrics to enhance overall sales effectiveness.

Qualifications

  • Expertise in Sales, Sales Management, and achieving performance targets is required
  • Knowledge and experience in Distribution Management, Channel Sales, and building strong distribution networks
  • Understanding of business operations and strategies in sales-driven environments
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to understand and adapt to market trends
  • Experience in working in the construction or related industries will be an advantage
  • Proficiency in relevant software tools for reporting and sales management
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field is preferred
