Territory Sales Officer/Sr. Territory Sales Officer-Tractor

Job Description / Responsibility

SQ is committed to providing the best quality Tractor, Combine Harvestor, Rice Transplanter, seed, pesticide, fertilizer, lubricant and other farm machinery. So, we are looking for highly energetic and dedicated sales oriented person.

  • Prepare sales action plans, strategies & schedule sales activity.
  • Plan and conduct direct marketing activities.
  • Maintain sales activity records and prepare timely sales reports.
  • Ensure satisfactory customer services through performing quality checks on product and service delivery.
  • Lead the work with the marketing team.
  • Presentable and strong desire to build career in sales and Marketing.
  • Identify and develop new business opportunities in the assigned territory.
  • Achieve sales targets and objectives within the designated timeframe.
  • Provide timely and accurate sales reports and forecasts.
  • Arrange & conduct various meetings, product demonstrations, and promotional activities on the existing/new products to develop product awareness.
  • Develop new clients and maintain good relationship with existing clients.
  • Build up strong relationship with Dealers personnel in Upazilla & District level.
  • Any other assigned task by the management.

Educational Requirements

  • Bachelor/Honors
  • Diploma in Mechanical
  • Diploma in Automobile
  • Skills Required: Dealer Management, Leadership and teamwork, Dealer or Channel Development, Communication Skill

Experience Requirements

  • 1 to 3 year(s)
  • The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):
  • Manufacturing (FMCG),Tobacco, Industrial Machineries (Generator, Diesel Engine etc.)
  • Freshers are also encouraged to apply.

Additional Requirements

  • Proficiency in local languages.
  • Familiarity with regional markets is essential.
  • Must possess a valid motorcycle driving license.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Ability to build and maintain dealer/ customer relationships.
  • Problem-solving and negotiation skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and basic digital communication tools.
