Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Managing Director based in Dhaka. The Managing Director will oversee the day-to-day operations, provide strategic direction, and ensure the achievement of organizational goals. Responsibilities include managing budgets and financial plans, leading and mentoring the management team, ensuring compliance with company policies and regulations, and fostering a positive work environment. The Managing Director will also be responsible for expanding business opportunities and maintaining relationships with key stakeholders.

Qualifications

  • Leadership, strategic planning, and organizational management skills
  • Experience in financial planning and budget management
  • Ability to lead and mentor a diverse team
  • Strong understanding of compliance and regulatory requirements
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Proven track record in business development and maintaining stakeholder relationships
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or related field (Master's degree preferred)
  • Experience in the visual content or e-commerce industry is a plus
