Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for an Assistant Managing Director at Jamuna Life Insurance Co. Ltd, located in Dhaka, Bangladesh. The Assistant Managing Director will be responsible for supporting the Managing Director in overseeing daily operations, developing strategic plans, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements, and managing team performance.   • Experience in Regulatory Compliance, Risk Management, and Policy Development
  • Strong Analytical, Problem-Solving, and Decision-Making abilities
  • Excellent Communication, Interpersonal, and Negotiation skills
  • Proficiency in Project Management and Organizational skills
  • Financial Acumen and Experience in Budgeting and Financial Analysis
  • Ability to adapt to a dynamic work environment and manage multiple priorities
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business Administration, Management, Finance, or related field
  • Previous experience in the insurance industry is a plus
