  • Job Responsibility:
  • Prepare Cash Flow Statement, Financial Budgets, Ratio Analysis, Financial Projection etc.
  • Perform market analysis for direct coverage increase and market expansion
  • Formulate strategies & plans and implement those through distributors
  • Identify, recruit and on-board new distributors
  • Guide, track, and manage distributor performance to ensure the achievement of revenue targets
  • Ensure training of the distributors and their sales team for continuous improvements in capability, knowledge, customer service, performance and profitability
  • Prepare budgets and manage expenses within the budgets
  • Cancel the distributorship whenever necessary
  • Any other task assigned by the management
  • Educational Qualification :
  • Bachelor's degree in any discipline
