Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Digital Marketing Specialist located in Dhaka, Bangladesh. The role involves supports the development and execution of digital marketing strategies to increase brand awareness, drive customer engagement, and generate leads. The role involves coordinating with internal teams, managing campaigns, conducting market research, analyzing performance data, and contributing to the overall marketing plan.

Key Responsibilities:

Assist in developing and executing marketing plans and campaigns across digital, print, and other channels.

Manage social media platforms and content calendars to ensure consistent brand messaging.

Coordinate with advertising, PR, and media agencies for campaign rollouts.

Monitor and analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer insights.

Support the execution of product launches, promotional events, and exhibitions.

Track campaign performance metrics and prepare regular reports for management.

Work closely with the sales and product teams to align marketing initiatives with business goals.

Assist in budgeting, planning, and procurement of marketing materials and services.

Maintain and update CRM systems, databases, and mailing lists.

Ensure compliance with brand guidelines across all marketing materials.

Qualifications & Experience:

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field (Master's preferred)

4–5 years of relevant experience in marketing or brand management

Experience in IT industry is an advantage
