Assistant Manager-Marketing & Sales

Job Description / Responsibility

  • Develop and execute marketing campaigns across various channels, including digital, social media, email, and print.
  • Conduct market research to identify customer trends, competitors, and industry insights.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to generate leads and enhance brand awareness.
  • Initiate door to door marketing plan and execute to meet the target.
  • Generate more corporate clients ensuring a good and long-term relationship between clients and the company
  • Analyze marketing performance metrics and generate reports on campaign effectiveness.
  • Assist in organizing promotional events, trade shows, and exhibitions.
  • Develop relationships with media outlets, partners, and stakeholders.
  • Monitor and manage the company's online reputation and customer engagement.

Educational Requirements

  • Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) in Marketing
  • Skills Required: Presentation and Reporting, Hardworking and Passionate. Punctual

Experience Requirements

  • At least 5 year(s)
  • The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Manufacturing (FMCG)
