Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Distribution Manager located in Dhaka, Bangladesh. The Distribution Manager will be responsible for overseeing and managing all aspects of the distribution process, ensuring timely delivery of products, optimizing logistical processes, coordinating with suppliers and vendors, maintaining inventory accuracy, and supervising the distribution team. The role will also involve developing and implementing strategies to enhance distribution efficiency and effectiveness while ensuring regulatory compliance.

Qualifications

  • Experience in distribution management, logistics, and supply chain optimization
  • Strong organizational and leadership skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Proficiency in inventory management and coordinating with suppliers and vendors
  • Ability to develop and implement distribution strategies for efficiency and compliance
  • Masters degree in Management.
  • Previous experience in the healthcare or FMCG sector is a plus
  • Proficiency in relevant software and tools used in distribution management
