Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for an Assistant Manager of Marketing Communications located in Dhaka, Bangladesh. The Assistant Manager of Marketing Communications will be responsible for -

  1. Assist in developing and executing marketing plans and campaigns across digital, print, and other channels.
  2. Manage social media platforms and content calendars to ensure consistent brand messaging.
  3. Coordinate with advertising, PR, and media agencies for campaign rollouts.
  4. Monitor and analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer insights.
  5. Support the execution of product launches, promotional events, and exhibitions.
  6. Track campaign performance metrics and prepare regular reports for management.
  7. Work closely with the sales and product teams to align marketing initiatives with business goals.
  8. Assist in budgeting, planning, and procurement of marketing materials and services.
  9. Maintain and update CRM systems, databases, and mailing lists.
  10. Ensure compliance with brand guidelines across all marketing materials.

Qualifications

  • Strong Communication skills
  • Experience in writing and managing Press Releases
  • Proficient in Marketing Communications and Strategic Communications
  • Project Management skills
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Experience in the IT or distribution industry is a plus
  • Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities
