Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Senior Counsellor & Team Leader - UK, Canada, and Europe based in Dhaka. The Senior Counsellor & Team Leader will be responsible for overseeing a team of counsellors, providing guidance to students on studying abroad, and managing the application process for various regions. Day-to-day tasks include team management, individual counselling sessions, liaising with education institutions, and ensuring smooth workflow within the team.

Qualifications

  • Experience in student counselling and guidance for education in the UK, Canada, and Europe
  • Strong leadership and team management skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Knowledge of the study-abroad application process and relevant documentation
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced and target-driven environment
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software
  • Bachelor's degree or higher in Education, Counseling, or a related field
  • Previous experience in an educational consultancy or similar role is a plus
