dynamic, experienced, and result-oriented Counsellor
to join our growing team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide accurate, ethical, and comprehensive counselling to students for higher education opportunities in
    Australia and Malaysia
    (UK and other destinations will be an added advantage).
  • Handle the
    end-to-end admission and visa process
    — from initial counselling to successful visa outcome.
  • Maintain an updated understanding of university programs, entry requirements, scholarships, and visa regulations.
  • Demonstrate a
    proven track record of successful visa outcomes
    and student enrollments.
  • Meet individual and team targets for student applications and enrollments.
  • Coordinate with universities, students, and internal departments to ensure timely communication and file completion.
  • Participate in student engagement activities, seminars, and promotional events.
  • Contribute to building GPEL's reputation through excellent service, integrity, and teamwork.

Requirements:

  • Minimum
    3 years of relevant experience
    in student counselling for Australia and/or Malaysia (UK counselling experience is a bonus).
  • Proven record
    of successful visa outcomes.
  • Excellent communication skills in
    English and Bangla
    (both written and spoken).
  • Energetic, proactive, responsible, and smart with a strong sense of professionalism.
  • Strong product knowledge, presentation, and sales skills.
  • A
    team player
    with a positive attitude and target-oriented mindset.
  • Candidates who have completed their
    Bachelor's or Master's from NSU, BRAC, IUB, or other reputed local universities
    , or
    have studied abroad
    , will be given preference.
