Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement OD strategies aligned with company goals to foster organizational growth, effectiveness, and employee satisfaction.
  • Establish, track, and report on KPIs to measure the success of OD initiatives.
  • Conduct regular assessments of organizational health, employee satisfaction, and performance outcomes based on KPIs.
  • Create and implement employee engagement programs to promote a positive workplace culture and improve retention.
  • Collaborate with senior leadership and HR to refine performance management processes.
  • Develop and maintain succession planning strategies.
  • Utilize data-driven insights to assess the effectiveness of OD programs and make recommendations for improvement.
  • Work closely with HR and business leaders to address developmental needs and implement OD solutions.
  • Lead and support change management processes to ensure smooth transitions during organizational changes.
  • Contribute to initiatives aimed at enhancing employee wellbeing and promoting work-life balance.

Qualifications
:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resource Management

Experience:

  • Minimum 8 years of relevant experience

Additional Requirements:

  • Strong knowledge of OD models, frameworks
  • Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret data, track KPIs, and translate insights into actionable strategies
  • Demonstrated ability to lead organizational change initiatives and drive adoption across teams
  • Proficiency in using HR analytics tools, survey platforms, and digital collaboration tools
